A splendid and rare globe-shaped artistic ceramic vase made by the prestigious Regina factory (Gouda, Holland), dating back to the mid-20th century. This piece belongs to the iconic "Rozet" series (model 1016) and stands out for its strong reference to the Art Nouveau aesthetic. The vase is decorated with the refined Barbotine technique, featuring three-dimensional, hand-sculpted and hand-applied flowers in relief. The vibrant polychrome in shades of burgundy, orange, and ochre intertwines with sinuous branches and green leaves, creating a magnificent contrast against the cream-colored background featuring a delicate, natural crackle effect.
