Exceptional vintage pendant light from Italy with a large, spherical glass shade and a decorative chrome-plated metal frame.
The heavy glass displays a very distinctive, irregular white fusion pattern within the transparent glass body. This creates a beautiful, atmospheric light pattern, especially when illuminated.
The sculptural metal frame surrounding the shade is particularly striking, featuring two decorative circular details, a classic canopy, and a chain suspension. The design is typical of Italian mid-century lighting from the 1960s and 1970s.
The light is unsigned and lacks a surviving manufacturer's label. Therefore, a definitive attribution to a specific manufacturer is expressly not guaranteed.
