Rare Danish 4-Seater Sofa + Armchair | Petrol Wool | 1960s We immediately fell in love with this beautiful vintage set when we saw it a few years ago. But now that we've moved to Spain and opted for a nomadic lifestyle, it's time to make someone else happy with it. What makes this set so special is first and foremost the design. The siderests of the sofa and armchair are truly beautiful, something you don't see very often. The fact that it's a 4-seater sofa makes it even more rare. And then there's the set of a sofa and a matching armchair (same model and color). The upholstery is a beautiful, coarsely woven wool fabric in blue and green, which together create the lovely petrol color. The set is authentic Scandinavian design from the 1960s with beautiful, slender teak legs and is truly comfortable. The set is otherwise in good condition, and the only thing that needs to be done is replacing the foam on the loose cushions. While it's certainly not necessary for comfort, you can tell the foam has hardened. New, custom-cut foam is included. You just need to finish it and put it in the covers (about an hour's work). We've factored this into the price.
