Rare original cinema seating chair manufactured in former Czechoslovakia during the 1920s, probably by Thonet or influenced by classic Thonet production.
Crafted from solid beech wood and molded beech plywood, the chair features elegant curved forms, sculptural armrests and a striking architectural silhouette typical of early European modernist public seating design.
Originally intended for cinema or theater interiors, this rare surviving example combines functionality with timeless Art Deco aesthetics and beautiful aged patina.
An outstanding statement piece suitable for collectors, galleries, creative interiors, cafés or sophisticated vintage spaces.
The chair has been carefully refurbished while preserving authentic signs of age and original historical character.
