Rare vintage Raak Amsterdam MAXI Fuga XL wall lamp.
Space Age, Mid Century
This vintage wall lamp was designed in the 1960s by the Finnish architect and industrial designer Maija Liisa Komulainen, the uncrowned queen of the Dutch Raak design group.
The 'Fuga' wall lamp consists of separate elements, allowing one to assemble various wall lamps. They can also be detached, enabling one to create any desired composition.
This wall lamp consists of three tubes of brushed aluminum in a bronze/copper color.
The lamp provides beautiful indirect lighting on the wall and has space for six bulbs, two in each tube.
Raak's Fuga lamps are known for their design resembling organ pipes and emit a mysterious, indirect light.
The lamp is in very nice used condition, straight from the wall. Light points: This model is equipped with two E27 sockets (one at the top and one at the bottom)
Material: The tube is made of brushed aluminium and is painted white on the inside for optimal light reflection.
