A very fine antique solid wood buffet with three doors and three drawers, dating from the 18th century, in the pure provincial Louis XV style.
Entirely original, this piece boasts a warm and authentic patina that highlights the nobility of its wood and the craftsmanship of its construction.
The frame is made of walnut and oak, with a golden honey hue, and a raw wood top with a pronounced grain.
The front is richly molded with shaped panels typical of the Louis XV style, and the original wrought iron door hinges are still present.
It comprises three large drawers in the upper section and three doors opening onto two levels of storage with shelves.
The cabriole legs end in sabots, and the lower stretcher is shaped.
In very good condition for a piece of furniture of this period, despite signs of wear, old restorations, and marks of time that attest to its authenticity and charm.
