The porcelain box was made in the 1970s in Italy.
A unique rectangular box with rounded edges, made of high-quality porcelain covered with a pearl-white, iridescent glaze that gives it a subtle rainbow sheen. This type of glazing was characteristic of luxury products from the mid- and late 20th century, especially in Italian, Czech and German workshops. The form is minimalist yet elegant, making the box suitable both as a collector's item and as a functional container for jewellery or other small items. Similar glazing techniques were used by Lenci, Ginori, Rosenthal and Bavaria, among others, which makes the object interesting for collectors of design from the 1960s to the 1980s.
Condition: The item is preserved in its original condition, it may have minor scratches and normal signs of use.
