Early production example.
An elegant, early Piumotto sofa by Busnelli, characterized by its soft, sculptural form, generous proportions, and relaxed, organic silhouette. The Piumotto is known for its deep, enveloping comfort and cloud-like presence in a room.
Upholstered in the original cognac-colored semi-aniline leather, the sofa exhibits a refined, naturally developed patina with a supple texture and subtle, authentic crease lines—characteristics unique to early Busnelli production.
This example predates the later standardized plastic bases and branding.
We also have two armchairs available.
Condition:
Good, original vintage condition. Structurally sound and comfortably worn with an attractive and even patina. Light surface wear on the back, as documented in the photos.
