Product description
For sale is an original KIBO ceiling light by Peill & Putzler, made in Germany. A striking piece of German lighting design from the late 1980s to the 1990s – clean, minimalist, and with subtle hints of postmodern and space age design.
The sculptural glass cone with its clear, iceberg-like tip sits atop a brushed metal ring. The light is pleasantly warm and diffused – ideal for living rooms, hallways, or bedrooms.
The light features a two-part glass shade:
the lower part is opal white for glare-free, soft light
the upper part is clear for a subtle accent light
It mounts directly to the ceiling (fixed connection). A terminal block is included.

Used vintage condition. There are small visible stains on the brushed metal exterior (see photos). There are also stains inside, which are not visible when mounted, as they are covered by the glass body or are not visible when ceiling-mounted.
