Elegant side table by Pander (The Hague / Amsterdam / Rotterdam), manufactured in the early 20th century.
The piece of furniture is characterized by a refined, organically shaped base and an oval top with a pronounced and symmetrical (bookmark) wood grain. The construction and detailing are typical of the craftsmanship for which Pander was known.
Recently carefully restored with respect for the original material and design. The finish is in very good condition, retaining its character.
