Made by Mücke Melder, an influential modernist furniture manufacturer specializing in tubular steel designs. The chairs were restored and reupholstered by our professional team in the Czech Republic according to the original process. The chrome parts were professionally cleaned and restored. The new upholstery is made of high quality leather, it is very easy to clean and keeps its colors very well, even in direct sunlight. You can order this item with any covering you like, from soft leather to high quality backhausen fabric, the choice is yours. Sold as a set, although you can find these items individually in our profile too. The chairs feature classic Bauhaus design elements. The elements of this style are neutral colors and occasionally bright primary colors. Bauhaus designers avoided fussy and pretentious elements, instead seeking clean, modern lines. Perfect for a timeless, yet modern look. Learn more about the manufacturer: Mucke Melder began production in 1928 with nickel and chrome plated steel furniture. The first model was a spring chair designed by A. Lurcat for the Thonet company, whose designs he often used under license.
