A pair of Swedish armchairs with a cocooning silhouette, integrated arms, and an ivory textured upholstery that feels calm and refined.
Designed by Carl Malmsten around 1953 and manufactured by O.H. Sjögren (Tranås, Sweden), the “Lata Greven” balances Nordic restraint with genuine ease: a welcoming back, soft contours, and slender tapered legs. The light wooden frame is paired with the original ivory textured upholstery, whose subtle, tactile weave adds warmth, and which shows signs of wear consistent with age. Its name hints at a “lazy count” attitude—relaxed, poised, quietly noble.
