An exceptional pair of lamps made of clear glass by the prestigious French interior design house Les Héritiers for Roche Bobois. These fabulous lamps have a shape similar to a candle holder, but with the originality of having wiring and a light bulb. Of different sizes, the two pieces complement each other. They resemble the designs created by Richard Essig in the 1970s. Very fine glass, very light pieces. Both retain the brand label at the base, which reads "Création Les Héritiers pour Roche Bobois, France." Maison Les Héritiers The birth of Maison Les Héritiers is due to the passionate encounter between Pierre Dubois and Aimé Cécil. One, a former journalist, was then the director of a Press Relations agency; the other, a trained graphic designer, head of a creative studio in industrial design. They share an unconditional love for antiques, as well as for contemporary art, which they collect and accumulate eclectically. This dates back to 1993, when many small French factories often closed due to a lack of creations. Therefore, Les Héritiers are the heirs to the know-how of French traditions, not exploiting reproduction but only ancient techniques through their own contemporary creations.
