Gorgeous pair of vintage wall sconces, from the 1950s and 1960s. Cast brass frame with baroque/rocaille motifs (shells and acanthus leaves) and a curled metal arm support a large clear blown glass globe with striking amber/topaz "flame" inclusions on the lower portion, a typical technique from the Mazzega/Tosi glassworks in Murano.
A striking decorative piece, perfect for classic, eclectic, or boho-vintage furnishings.
Style: Classic / Art Nouveau / Atmospheric Vintage
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Brass frame with beautiful natural patina, glass intact with no cracks or chips. Electrical system present and functioning (standard lamp holder).
