Product description
A pair of charming 19th-century chromolithographs depicting groups of children at play, likely after François Lanfant de Metz (1814-1892), who was particularly fond of these scenes of carefree and mischievous childhood, parodies of adult attitudes and passions, and whose works were popularized by publishers such as Goupil by reproducing them as color lithographs. Image dimensions: W. 22 cm x H. 10 cm. Framed under glass: W. 31 cm x H. 19 cm and 1.3 cm thick.
