A sophisticated pair of mid-century modern table lamps designed and produced in Czechoslovakia during the 1970s by the prestigious glass and lighting manufacturer Kamenický Šenov. Reflecting the high-quality craftsmanship of European post-war lighting design, these accent lamps feature heavy cylindrical copper bases topped by architectural, diamond-patterned pressed glass shades. When lit, the textured geometric facets produce an exceptionally rich, fractured light distribution.
The pair has been meticulously cleaned, and the copper elements have been carefully re-polished to revive their natural, deep rose-gold luster while respecting their vintage character. Remaining in very good original condition, these highly collectible lamps function beautifully on sideboards, console tables, or as bedside fixtures in high-end retro, minimalist, or contemporary spaces.
Condition Report:
Very good original vintage condition. The metallic surfaces have been re-polished and show only minor, age-appropriate signs of wear. The heavy glass shades are free of chips or cracks. Fully functional and equipped with inline cable switches.
