A pair of floor lamps in the style of Maison Jansen, manufactured in the 1970s. This design is characterized by the refined combination of brass and hand-blown Murano glass, resulting in a distinct Hollywood Regency aesthetic. Each lamp consists of a fluted brass rod resting on a heavy, round base. The striking glass melon ornament beneath the shade is crafted from hand-blown glass with 24-karat gold dust, a technique characteristic of Murano glass. The lamps feature a pleated fabric shade and have a total height of approximately 150 to 160 centimeters. The diameter of the shade is about 45 to 50 centimeters. The fixtures are equipped with an E27 socket. The set is in excellent vintage condition. The glass ornaments are completely intact, and the brass elements have developed an authentic patina befitting their age. These floor lamps make an elegant statement in a classic or eclectic interior. They come into their own particularly well as a symmetrical pair next to a sideboard or as atmospheric lighting in a spacious seating area.
