Product description
1950s-era decorated tin box with the image of a Rococo-style painting. The image on the lid is in the style of artists such as François Boucher, known for his pastoral scenes and decorative works. The scene depicts figures dressed in period clothing in an idyllic landscape. The box is from the company "F.LLI PAGANI ITALY LECCO." The stamped name on the box indicates its ownership by Fratelli Pagani S.p.A., founded in Milan in 1909. This Italian company has been producing and marketing flavorings and spices for over a century. The box shows signs of aging and a signature on the lid, which was a dedication for a gift to a noble lady in the 1970s. Width 40cm, depth 30cm, height 12cm. Weight 1.2kg.
