One of the most recognizable symbols of world peace today, Picasso's "Dove of Peace" was originally created for the first peace conference in Paris in 1949.
'Le Visage De La Paix' (The Face of Peace) is one of many studies Picasso made as part of his ongoing commitment to peace, following the end of World War II and the Korean War.
