Rotating, not height-adjustable. The rotary knob is non-functional. The leather and armrest upholstery are worn and should be replaced. Hence the low price.

Osvaldo Borsani was an Italian architect, designer, and entrepreneur.
Borsani studied fine arts at the Accademia di Brera in Milan and architecture at the Politecnico di Milano. While still a student, he began working on furniture designs at his father's company. As early as 1933, Osvaldo Borsani was awarded a silver medal at the fifth Milan Triennale. He was honored for his highly acclaimed project "Casa Minima."
In 1953, Osvaldo founded the company TECNO with his twin brother Fulgenzio. The company became known for its research-based approach to creating furniture designs. Tecno's notable designs include the D70 sofa from 1954 and the P40 chaise longue from 1955.
