This original String shelving unit is one of the most iconic pieces of furniture in Scandinavian design history, designed by Nisse Strinning. In white, it appears even more airy than the classic wooden version – the delicate metal ladders almost disappear against the wall, giving the unit a light and open feel.
Thanks to its flexible ladder system, the shelving unit adapts to your needs – all shelves and modules can be freely adjusted in height and rearranged. This particular unit comes fully equipped: two closed cabinet modules with doors offer storage space for anything that needs a designated place, while the open shelves on the right provide space for books, plants, ceramics, or your favorite decorative items.
