Product description
For sale is an original Valenti "Dolly" table lamp from the late 1970s to early 1980s.
Designed by Franco Mirenzi for Valenti Luce in Cusago, near Milan, this lamp embodies the charming transition from Space Age to Postmodern Italian design. Its distinctive mushroom shape makes it a coveted classic among collectors and vintage interior enthusiasts worldwide.
The beautiful opaline glass shade provides a pleasantly soft, diffused light—perfect as a bedside lamp or for creating an atmospheric accent.
The silver-coated plastic base completes the iconic look.

Condition:
The lamp is in good, original used condition with a beautiful, authentic patina. There are some minor chips in the silver-colored paint and a few scratches on the plastic housing. There are minimal traces of rust on the opal glass shade, which are only visible when the shade is removed – not noticeable when the lamp is mounted. The lamp is fully functional and ready for immediate use.
This piece is a genuine Italian design object and a fantastic addition to mid-century, space-age, or eclectic living spaces. An absolute classic with cult status!
