The Knoll Studio Saarinen Tulip Dining Table is a classic design by Eero Saarinen. In 1957, Saarinen created a fantastic series of tables and chairs that would become known as the Tulip tables and chairs. A distinctive feature of the furniture in this series is the base, which consists of a single leg that tapers smoothly downwards into a round foot. With this, Saarinen aimed to put an end to the clutter of table and chair legs. In this table series, the foot is not only beautiful but also very practical. This allows chairs and legs to move freely around and under the table. Height: 72-73cm. Tabletop dimensions: 198x121cm. Executed in beautiful Calacatta Gold (Oro) polished marble!
