Product description
For sale is an original Meissen box set in the classic Blue Onion pattern.
The set consists of two lidded boxes in different sizes, each with high-quality underglaze blue hand-painted decoration.
The smaller lidded box bears the original Meissen crossed swords mark without grinding marks (first quality). The larger lidded box bears the original Meissen crossed swords mark with grinding marks (second quality). Both boxes are ideal for stylish storage or as an addition to an existing Meissen dinner service.
Provenance: The set comes from a family estate and is in exceptionally well-preserved collector's condition.
