The Knoll Studio Saarinen Tulip Dining Table is a classic design by Eero Saarinen. In 1957, Saarinen created a fantastic series of tables and chairs, which would come to be known as the Tulip tables and chairs. A characteristic feature of the furniture in this series is the base, which consists of a single leg that flows down into a round foot. With this, Saarinen wanted to call an end to the clutter of table and chair legs. With this table series, the foot is not only beautiful, but also very practical. In this way, chairs and legs can move freely around and under the table.
