Offered: A beautiful, original Eames Soft Pad Executive Office Chair (Model EA 219). This iconic design by Charles and Ray Eames is a rare, early American production by Herman Miller.
The chair was purchased at the time from the renowned high-end design furniture store Häussler (Stuttgart), which served as the official importer for Herman Miller in the early years. A unique object with proven provenance, perfect for the true enthusiast or collector of vintage design.
Leather & Chrome: The vintage leather has a beautifully aged character (no tears), and the chrome work is in a genuine unpolished vintage condition with wear on the armrests.
Wheels: Equipped with the original, rare vintage Herman Miller casters featuring the iconic solid chrome caps (in very neat condition). These wheels are very rare and are often traded separately for high prices.
