For sale is an absolute highlight of Space Age design: an original "Dora Moon Rock" lamp (model Dora), designed in the late 1960s by the French designer André Cazenave and meticulously handcrafted by Singleton in Italy in the 1970s. This sculptural table and floor lamp captivates with its organic form and characteristic, rough texture of the finest mineral and marble powder on a fiberglass body. When switched on, it produces a beautiful, warm, and atmospheric light reminiscent of the moon's glow. Special features of this piece: • Size & Presence: Measuring approximately 37 cm in length, 31 cm in width, and 25 cm in height, it is one of the rare and highly sought-after large versions, perfectly suited for both a sideboard and floor lamp. • Original manufacturer's stamp: The original, clearly legible factory stamp is located on the underside of the brown rubber base: "singleton - 48010 Bagnara di Romagna RA - MADE IN ITALY". An important mark of authenticity for collectors! • Condition: The mineral structure is beautifully preserved, the light is even and warm. The electrical components function perfectly (see photos).
