Authentic Döşemealtı rug from the Antalya region, Anatolia. A powerful regional piece with pronounced geometry and a traditional mihrab composition.
Döşemealtı rugs are prized for their graphic clarity, durable wool quality, and deep natural hues. This example features a characteristic niche design in indigo and warm earth tones, typical of mid-20th-century Anatolian craftsmanship.
