Very comfortable “Orchidée” lounge armchairs by Michel Cadestin for Airborne International. This model was produced in France in 1968. The “Orchidée” was one of the Cadestin models commissioned by the Centre Pompidou Museum in Paris. The chairs are upholstered in a wonderfully soft (off-)white corduroy fabric. The base features four castors to allow the chair to be easily moved around a room. The chairs are in very beautiful condition with a few light signs of use.
