Office Desk T96 by Osvaldo Borsani for Tecno in the 1960s.
This magnificent teak desk, with its boomerang-shaped curved top, is composed of two pedestals that can be rotated from right to left as desired.
The smaller pedestal contains document storage, while the larger one is divided into two sections: one with three drawers and the other with an open shelf.
The desk's unique feature lies in its customization. The previous owner had buttons added to a control on one of the pedestals. These buttons are not original and were added at the first owner's request. They indicate "enter," "wait," and "occupied." This control is no longer functional, but it may be possible to restore it by rewiring it.
The desk is in very good vintage condition. Shows some signs of wear consistent with age and previous use.
The keys are missing, and the only major flaw is a visible hole in one of the compartments, which was used for the control cables.
