The U-450 chest of drawers, designed by renowned Czech designer Jiří Jiroutek for Interier Praha, is an iconic piece of furniture from the U series. Created following the groundbreaking success of the Czech Pavilion at the 1958 Brussels World's Fair, it embodies the timeless "Brussels style." Characteristic features include the angled legs and the robust beechwood frame, which supports the body finished in elegant oak veneer.
This double chest of drawers features a shelf that provides ample storage space. Functionality and aesthetics combine here to create a masterpiece of mid-century modern design.
