Product description
Officially it is an umbrella stand from the brand NEOLT but it has been used to store architect's drawings. Officially, black rubber bands belong on top but they are missing from this one. This makes for a slightly tighter whole.
Ok the bin would be very nice as a plant stand.
The metal and wheels are in good condition. However, the paint is unevenly discolored.

The black umbrella stand will be packaged neatly and securely during shipping. To make shipping as sustainable as possible, I use used or recycled materials for packaging whenever possible. This may not be the most beautiful at first glance but don't judge a book by its cover;)
