This is the Charly armchair, an iconic design by Gerard van den Berg for the Dutch brand Montis. The model, introduced in 1983, is characterized by its high, comfortable backrest and the distinctive zipper that closes the cover around the frame like a jacket. The armchair is fully upholstered in supple, high-quality leather in a vibrant red/terra color. The base consists of slender, chrome-plated metal legs that give the design a light and modern look.
