Product description
Elegant highboard with a typically Italian 1950s design, combining the warmth of varnished mahogany with the finesse of a black metal tubular structure.
The lower section, closed by two doors (with original key), offers ample storage space with interior shelving. The upper part houses a mahogany veneered shelf, whose height can be adjusted thanks to the pre-drilled tubular structure allowing two different levels - ideal for displaying books, glassware or decorative objects.
Its style is inspired by the modernist creations of Osvaldo Borsani and Ico Parisi, emblematic of Milanese design in the '50s, where elegance is combined with functionality.
Very good vintage condition, with a few traces of normal use consistent with its age, which add charm and authenticity.
