For most of my life, I was a typographer in the broadest sense of the word. For the last 20 years, I worked as a graphic designer. But now that I have retired, I feel the urge to give my creativity space in a different way. Where I am more the client myself. Initially, I did this by making mobiles, but from a practical point of view, painting suits me better and the space I have. As an enthusiast of abstract art in the broadest sense of the word, I started experimenting with the means I knew and had at my disposal. Naturally, I draw my inspiration from the work of other professional artists. The viewer will therefore certainly see influences. Education I have, of course, completed the necessary training for my typographic work. But in the creativity I am learning now, I am learning myself.
