This is a work from the series:
MikoArt-Liquid Gloss®-05/GeometricSeries
This work lies between direction and freedom. A moment when lines try to steer, yet color and movement do not wish to submit completely to them. I often start with structure. The sharp angles, the intersecting frames, the golden lines running through the image like axes—they provide a foothold. They are my attempt to bring order. But as soon as the work takes shape, something else happens. Then the forms begin to live.
To me, the spiral in the center feels like a core. A kind of pivot point from which everything originates and to which it returns. It is movement without beginning or end. Growth, repetition, perhaps even time. Everything rotates, everything remains in motion. The forms emerge around that core. Blocks shooting upwards, as if they want to escape the boundaries. Spheres floating, free of direction. They do not collide, but seem to find each other. As if there is an invisible coherence.
Color plays a major role here as well. I use contrasts to create tension, but also to make connection visible. Warm tones draw forward, cool colors provide space. Together, they form a balance that never becomes completely still. It remains in motion, just like the viewer. Your eyes follow lines, touch the spiral, and are led away to something else. There is no fixed route, only an experience.
MikoArt-Liquid Gloss®
The artworks are manufactured using state-of-the-art techniques and the best materials. The artwork is printed on high-quality Fuji Crystal DP II Ultra HD photo paper, permanently bonded to a 4 mm thick Alu-dibond backing, and protected with a 3 mm thick layer of high-quality epoxy resin Liquid Gloss®. This finish gives the work not only intense color and a 3D experience but also a refined and luxurious appearance. Furthermore, it guarantees years of durability and resistance to ultraviolet radiation. A suspension system is mounted on the back of the Alu-dibond backing, allowing the artwork to be easily hung directly. MikoArt-Artworks, a valuable investment
