Product description
Mid-century, vintage, "Model #92" stool by Baumann, France, from the 1950's. Piece is made of beech, with a beautiful bentwood design (see photos.) Piece is in overall good, original and vintage condition, with some marks, signs of age, some areas of faded color and previous use commensurate with time, as well as a patina of time, on the overall structure and seat (see photos.) Note: Old marks of use on the veneer of the seat (see photo with a 1 cent coin for perspective.) One very small mark of age on one piece of the bentwood ( see photo). - Piece is stable. - It has only been gently cleaned, oiled and waxed with natural beeswax, with respect to its original patina of time. - A maker's mark is present (see photo.) All photos taken in natural outdoor light, so colors may vary, based upon brightness, reflections of stone, angles and perspective in which they are viewed.
