Vintage Mid-Century Modern Leather Armchair – Denmark, 1970s
Beautiful vintage mid-century modern lounge chair with a solid wood frame and orange leather upholstery. The chair impresses with its clean, architectural lines and timeless design, typical of Scandinavian furniture from the 1960s and 1970s.
The combination of warm leather and a solid wood frame makes this chair a real eye-catcher – perfect for a living room, reading nook, or office.
The chair is very likely of Danish manufacture from the 1970s and exhibits many typical features of Scandinavian mid-century modern design.
Condition
The chair is in good vintage condition.
The leather is intact and without tears or holes. In some places, the leather is visibly faded from sun exposure, which is not uncommon for vintage leather furniture.
If desired, the leather can be professionally re-dyed or even dyed a different color, which would completely refresh the chair's appearance.
The wooden frame is sturdy and in very good condition.
