Mid-century, vintage 1950's/ 1960's umbrella stand. This sturdy stand has the shape of an umbrella. it is made of hammered copper, with brass base and adjustable brass handle. There are six divided sections each topped with a brass acorn shaped tip. A wonderful combination of stylish, Mid Century design, brutalist style and practical storage and organisation! Good vintage condition with some marks and signs of previous usage and age as well as general patina and tarnish on the overall structure ( See photos). couple of minor knocks and scuffs ( See photos) Photos have been taken outdoor with natural light to show you at the maximum the difference of color depending on the brightness and angle of view you are looking at it.
