A stunning vintage wall unit system from Banz Bord from the 1970s. What makes this wall unit unique is that all the shelves and cabinets are floating, creating a truly spacious feel. Furthermore, the cabinet is fully modular, allowing you to hang everything however you like. The cabinet is white with wood veneer doors featuring a beautiful wood grain.
The cabinets and shelves are surprisingly easy to assemble. Simply drill a hole in the wall with a wall plug, and then screw the hooks into the holes for the shelves and cabinet.
The set consists of the following separate elements:
- 2x Cabinet with doors H50 cm W100 cm D44 cm (2 of which are record player cabinets with space for LPs)
- 1x Cabinet with flap door H50 cm W100 cm D33 cm (1 of which is a bar cabinet with a mirror, glass shelf, and lighting)
- 2x Cabinet with doors H30 cm W100 cm D33 cm
- 1x Cabinet with 2 drawers H20 cm W100 cm D33 cm (can also be used as a desk)
- 2x deep shelves H2 cm W100 cm D44 cm
- 4x shallow shelves H2 cm W100 cm D33 cm
- 2x shallow shelves H2 cm W200 cm D33 cm
The cabinet comes with all the necessary mounting hooks. Please note: the mounting system for this wall unit requires a sturdy wall. Drill approximately 6 cm into the wall for the mounting hooks.
The cabinet is still in very nice and sturdy condition. There are minor signs of wear, commensurate with its age, but nothing out of the ordinary. It has already been disassembled, so it can easily be taken away.
