Set of 3, mid-century, vintage, brutalist, wall art / wall sculptures/ wall panels, by American artist/ sculptor, Irv Bramberg, from Los Angeles, California, circa 1960's - 70's. These pieces are hand-made, rectangular-shaped and made of metal, iron and copper. They all have carved circular, and other geometric designs on their bodies, typical characteristics associated with the work of their creator, who produced numerous pieces of art, sculptures and furniture during this epoch. Pieces are in overall very good, original and vintage condition, with light marks, signs of age and previous use commensurate with time, as well as a patina of time, with some areas of lightly faded color, as can be expected for their age, on the overall structures (see multiple photos.) They have only been gently cleaned and oiled, with respect to their original patina of time. The back of the frames are hollow which enable you to wall mount/hook them either horizontally or vertically onto a wall. They are heavy, solid and sturdy.
The last photos have purposely been taken in a way, to enable one to see through, and showcase the decorative designs carved into the pieces. With that said, we have an original polaroid photo of these panels, as they were originally hung and displayed, at the artist's estate. All photos taken in natural outdoor light, so colors may vary, based upon brightness, reflections, angles and perspective in which they are viewed.
