Original set of two Vol Au Vent dining chairs, designed by Mario Bellini and produced by B&B Italia in Italy.
The Vol Au Vent is one of Bellini's lesser-known designs, yet it perhaps best demonstrates what he has become famous for: a perfect balance between comfort, high-quality materials, and a calm, architectural design. For lovers of his iconic CAB Chair, this model offers a particularly interesting alternative. Both designs share the same attention to leather as a defining design material, but the Vol Au Vent is softer, more subtle, and less obtrusive in the interior.
This set is fully upholstered in high-quality black Italian furniture leather. The leather is in very well-maintained used condition with a beautiful natural satin sheen and only light, normal signs of wear. The original appearance has been excellently preserved.
Thanks to the understated design, the chairs fit effortlessly into both modern and classic interiors and combine beautifully with solid wood, natural stone, or glass. Features
