Due to moving and with a heavy heart, we are offering for sale a very spacious, custom-made modern corner sofa. Designed for both comfort and a sleek appearance. The inviting U-shape makes it the perfect spot for cozy evenings with family or friends. The sofa is upholstered with a durable, woven fabric sparklin 63 and is impregnated. We purchased the sofa from a well-known furniture store in Volendam. The neutral beige tone fits into any interior. It rests on slender, black metal legs that create an airy, almost floating effect. With an impressive width! The left section is 2.35cm, the 3.5-seater is 2.40cm, the right longchair is 120x165. Total dimensions 2.35x4.55x1.65. The seat depth of the 3-seater is 56 cm up to the back cushion. The seat height is 44 cm. This sofa offers exceptionally much seating space and is wonderfully comfortable. The overall condition is excellent, with firm cushions. The back cushions are reversible. Also included are 2 decorative cushions in the same fabric. Due to its considerable size, this sofa is an ideal centerpiece for a spacious living room and fits seamlessly into a modern, minimalist, or Scandinavian interior. Unfortunately, the sofa does not fit in our new address. It is truly a beautiful and very comfortable sofa, which originally cost €7,550 new. The sofa is therefore less than three years old and is in excellent condition: no damage, no stains, and the cushions are perfect. Includes Just Enjoy service (stain warranty on the fabric) which is still valid for 2 more years. It is wonderfully comfortable and has been used with care. For the starting price of €3,000, you can bring a high-quality sofa into your home. A great opportunity for anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable sofa at a very attractive price. Important regarding pickup/transport: The sofa is on the 1st floor and can only be brought out via the conservatory/balcony windows. The sofa consists of 3 parts.
