The Luceplan Soleil Noir Ceiling Lamp is a design by Odile Decq. Design Studio Odile Decq released the design in 2015. In a poetic phrase, Odile Decq explains the inspiration for the Soleil Noir Ceiling Lamp; "When the sun has a date with the moon.... Then the moon enters the sun and the crown appears..." And with a little imagination, countless shapes can be discovered in this organically shaped ceiling lamp. The Soleil Noir's lamp shape is composed of molded polyurethane foam. The organic shape gives the lamp a futuristic and technological look. An integrated LED light source is hidden inside the circular disc and provides a homogeneous diffuse, indirect illumination. This dimmable light source has a strength of 35 watts. In terms of dimensions, the ceiling lamp has a length of 120 centimeters, a width of 62.5 centimeters and a height of 18.5 centimeters.
Slight small scratches that can be seen up close but when the lamp is hanging the scratches are no longer visible.
