A genuine WéBé dining table with a tilting top, designed by Louis van Teeffelen.
This Milan model was and remains a high-end table of exceptional quality. By tilting the center top, the table is over 1.70 meters long, suitable for seating six people. Even when folded, the table doesn't take up too much space.
The dining table top has a distinctive patina, no deep scratches or rings, and a beautiful deep color, perfectly suited to its age and intended use. A minor, neat repair was carried out in a small corner by the original owner in 1972.
It has already been given a virtually invisible semi-matte coating that will protect the table from grease, dirt, and moisture, making it ready for immediate, daily use.
The model is beautifully constructed and a highly successful design that appears elegant yet somewhat robust. A timelessly beautiful model, crafted from solid afromosia teak and fine veneer, ready to last for decades to come.
