Leolux 'Volare' Armchair/Chair with headrest and matching stool/footstool. Design by Jan Armgardt.
Fabric: Comfort 1048 (lime green, with velour look/pattern, machine washable, color is difficult to photograph, hence photos with and without sun). The fabric still looks clean. The cushions are wonderfully soft. From 2002. Wire frame in light gray. The back of the chair is also nice to see.
Legs finished with sturdy white plastic base.
Beautiful design classic with timeless appeal. In 1998, Leolux received a prize from VT Wonen for the Volare. Special feature: the seat depth of the chair (upper leg length) has been shortened by Leolux (at manufacture) by 2 cm for the benefit of greater seating comfort for people shorter than about 1.65m. But tall people (>1.90m) also sit extremely comfortably on this chair, with or without a footstool.
The chair is just used, so it is not "like new" but is in very clean condition. The upholstery is a little rougher than when it was brand new. 'Pilling' is already too much to say. Washed once. The latter is excellent. Non-smokers.
