Majestic, iconic Danish suspension lamp of Scandinavian design, designed by Jurgen Buchwald and produced by Nordlux in the 1970s-1980s.
With its 5 shades, it diffuses a soft, discreet light, the signature of multi-shade luminaires. The system is designed to create a glare-free light that is directional downwards and slightly diffused to the sides.
Excellent craftsmanship in white-lacquered steel, with black-lacquered rods and screws.
Very good condition, no warping, slight traces of age-related use, imperceptible once the lamp is suspended.
