Tubular pendant light, vintage work circa 1950/1960
This pendant light consists of a large cylindrical globe in textured white glass with geometric patterns, and a hanging system made of a long, repainted, gold-tone metal rod to which a B22 socket is attached. The globe rests on the structure via a system of three rods that attach to the main tube, the original fitting. The canopy is also made of gold-tone metal.
In good overall condition, with a few small chips in the glass at the top opening where the metal support is located, but nothing that weakens the structure.
The piece has an elegant and timeless aesthetic, typical of mid-20th-century design, blending the warmth of brass with the graphic simplicity of textured glass.
This pendant light is suitable for a living room, dining room, or hallway, either alone or in a group.
