Large oval ironstone platter, "Damascus" pattern by Sarreguemines, late 19th - early 20th century, gray

Good overall condition, no chips or cracks. This antique item, over 100 years old, shows signs of age and manufacturing, see photos (yellowing and crazing of the glaze).
The platter is marked "DAMAS" on the base. This pattern is attributed to the Sarreguemines factory on many pieces from the same period, although this particular piece does not explicitly bear the factory's name.
