We present this majestic 19th-century Italian antique mirror. A majestic mirror of supreme refinement.
Made with a wooden frame decorated with gold leaf, crafted using ancient techniques. Its lines are inspired by the sumptuous French Louis XVI period. Its shape is rectangular and vertical, with protruding upper corners. The frame has an internal profile decorated with beading at the top, an elaborate decoration that creates a strong visual accent. A rich central carving depicts two doves with outstretched wings. The doves are surrounded by floral elements, olive or laurel branches, and a torch, classic symbols of love, peace, and fidelity.
